1 Scope
1.1 The conditions below apply to the supply of goods and services by Colourstream.
2 Order
2.1 The customer will order the goods by phone, letter, e-mail, via the web shop or in person at the premises of Colourstream.
2.2 The purchase price is due immediately. Payment may be made by credit or debit card, cheque or cash and is due before any goods will be despatched.
2.3 All prices are quoted in £ sterling, include VAT and are subject to change without notice.
2.4 The customer will be liable for any postage and packaging charges to the address supplied.
2.5 Despatch: Prints within 48hours, mounted prints & canvas prints within 10 days

Copyright
It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that all material placed with Colourstream is free from any copyright claims and to indemnify us against any such claims.
Reservation of the proprietary rights
The goods supplied remain the property of Colourstream until full payment has been received.
Liability
In the unlikely event of any processing failure or damage to a clients goods or materials, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, liability is limited to the cost of replacement of the materials and refund of any processing charges paid. No responsibility will be accepted for indirect or consequential loss and it shall be the responsibility of the customer/client to arrange adequate and appropriate insurance against the risk of any loss or damage.
Delivery
We deliver to all countries within the UK and EU. Any claims of return or damage to an order, where not damaged in transit, will need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please notify us on 01273 683030 to report any damage, Any lost or damaged claims due to transport and/or shipping shall be directed towards the delivering company and are not the responsibility of Colourstream.
Refund, Returns & Cancellation

- Sizes quoted are approximate only and on occasions can be fractionally over or under the size quoted.

- We may terminate or suspend the operation of our websites (or terminate or suspend provision of any products or services offered through our websites) for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason. We may do this at any time and without notice.
- You are advised to keep back ups of all material provided to us. In particular, it is up to you to keep backup copies of images uploaded by you or emailed to us. We will not be responsible for keeping backups or for the loss of, deletion or corruption of any images or any other material uploaded onto our website.
- Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.
- All product and brand names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
- Although every effort will be made, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. It is suggested that the client provides a colour guide, without which reproduction will be at the discretion of Colourstream.
Service Times
The Company will make every effort to ensure orders are completed within the stated times, but will not accept any liability for damages in the event of failure to do so. Should delays be experienced in the completion of an order the client does not have the right to cancel the order, either entirely or in part. Any work required before our normal service times may incur a 'rush' charge, especially when 'out of hours' production is required to meet delivery.
Claims
Colourstream will not be responsible for errors that occur in the absence of written instructions or in the case of unclear instructions. Complaints must be notified within 48hours of receipt of work.
