Di-Bond
Dibond is a trade name referring to an aluminium composite material specially designed for the mounting and displaying of prints. It gives smooth, sharp lines and is light in weight, so is ideal for exhibitions or large prints due to its contempory feel. Dibond also has excellent archival properties, and will not curve in time as an aluminium sheet can.
We mount the photo print onto a pre cut sheet of Dibond, and usually finish with a matt or gloss laminate. A wooden subframe, or split batten is attached at the rear for hanging.
